The American Marketing Association at Oakland University has a mission to develop aspiring businessmen and women by hosting a variety of diverse Marketing-related events with representatives from high-profile companies. Our goal is to assist future professionals by having them interact with individuals with real-world Marketing experiences. Our members and event attendees will gain knowledge outside of the classroom and build networking skills with peers, professors, and distinguished marketing professionals. Our members will also strive for personal growth by giving back to the community and demonstrate excellence in the classroom.
The American Marketing Association is interested in fundraising money to fund our trip to the 2016 International Collegiate Conference in order to represent Oakland University on a national level among over 250 other university chapters.
Donations towards the 2016 International Collegiate Conference will enable attendees to take away a vast amount of knowledge to build American Marketing Association into a more developed organization with new ideas generated from other organizations.
