The LIVE Notre Dame Day broadcast will kick-off at 18:42 pm ET (6:42 pm ET) on April 24 at NOTREDAMEDAY.ND.EDU. The 29-hour broadcast will showcase Notre Dame stories from around the world, as well as live interviews, special musical performances, remotes, in-studio performances and surprise celebrity guests. Because of your generous donations from last year’s Notre Dame Day, the hall was able to purchase kitchen supplies and small appliances to further enhance the functionality of the kitchen. This year, we plan to furnish each floor's new common spaces.
Breen-Phillips Hall
Notre Dame Day is a celebration of the Notre Dame mission that informs and inspires people to take action and give back to the University through a 29-hour broadcast and a $1 Million Challenge Fund. It is a chance to celebrate and give to what you love most about the University. By making a gift of $10 on Notre Dame Day, you will receive 5 votes to cast for Breen-Phillips. The more votes Breen-Phillips receives, the higher percentage of the $1 Million Challenge Fund we receive for the hall.
Why are donations necessary?
This year, we are creating common rooms on each floor. By establishing more common spaces in the hall, we hope to not only unite residents in each section, but the entire dorm as a whole. The rooms will serve as fun and social spaces for our residents, as well as an escape from daily stress. Each room requires significant furnishing, which we hope to fund with our Notre Dame Day proceeds. Your donation will have a huge impact on our ability to furnish these spaces!
