The Dean's Excellence Fund accomplished great things last year in the College of Arts and Letters. Alumni donated more than $20,000 to the Dean's Excellence Fund during the 2015-2016 annual College of Arts and Letters campaign. Thank you for your support.

- The Dean's Excellence Fund helped support the New Year's Eve Gala Scholarship Fund which has given away over 65 scholarships.
- The Theater program was able to purchase new costume and decor pieces to enhance their catalog of productions.
- This year, the Dean's Excellence Fund will help us present one high school senior from 13 high schools in Eastern Idaho with a "Road Scholars" scholarship to Idaho State for the 2016-17 school year.
What is the Dean's Excellence Fund?
The Dean’s Excellence Fund is a great way to make an immediate and thoughtful impact on the College of Arts and Letters. This discretionary fund gives the dean the flexibility to direct support to areas where resources might be limited. The goal is to have a $50,000 fund balance that will allow the college leadership to respond to the unforeseen needs of ISU students and programs.
Contributions have been used to support scholarships, equipment updates, class projects, professional development, and outreach activities.
