Description

The impact of the 2004 Workers’ Compensation reforms continue to negatively affect the practices of conservative care such as that provided by doctors of chiropractic and the health of injured workers. CCA continues to work diligently on this issue.

Donations are applied to...

Your donation will be used to address every means necessary to remove the 24-visit cap in Workers' Compensation. Our efforts will include lobbying key legislators, committees and the Department of Industrial Relations.

Time For The 24-Visit Cap To Go

As you are aware, the impact of the 2004 Workers’ Compensation reforms continue to negatively affect the practices of conservative care such as that provided by doctors of chiropractic and the health of injured workers. With the elimination of doctors of chiropractic as primary treating physicians after the 24-visit cap, there has been an alarming increase in opioid use and surgery among injured workers.

Why are donations necessary?

Workers' Compensation changes can be an uphill battle. But, it is a battle that CCA is not willing to back down. With the help and guidance of our Workers' Compensation Committee we are moving closer to our goal of ending the 24-Visit Cap. Your donation will help us cover those additional lobbying expenses and also assist CCA in donating to supportive legislators.
