The LIVE Notre Dame Day broadcast will kick-off at 18:42 pm ET (6:42 pm ET) on April 23rd at NOTREDAMEDAY.ND.EDU. The 29-hour broadcast will showcase Notre Dame stories from around the world, as well as live interviews, special musical performances, remotes, in-studio performances and surprise celebrity guests. All donations are applied to our scholarship program. With the Million Dollar Challenge, each vote our club receives is worth $10 toward our scholarship program. Your $10 donation and 5 votes will result in $50 in donations to our scholarship program. That's a 5:1 return. The total number of votes we receive decides our percentage of the $1 Million. Please vote for us!

We are excited to announce our participation in Notre Dame Day, Our club is very active in espousing the values of the university and in engaging the community in our programs. In addition to our scholarship program, we also sponsor a local K-8 teacher to attend the university's Excellence in Teaching conference every Fall. Our Hesburgh Lecture series brings a noted ND professor to our area to talk on his/her area of expertise, such as Abrahamic Law, the Constitution, Causes of the American Revolution, and the like. And of course, what would St. Patrick's' Day be without our Notre Dame St. Patrick's Day Float!
Why are donations necessary?
The Notre Dame Club of Central Illinois sponsors three (3) partial scholarships for our area students attending Notre Dame. Each scholarship provides $1500 towards an awardees tuition and attendance. Our annual fundraiser - the raffle of two tickets to an ND football game - does not always cover our scholarship costs. We are dependent on the generosity of our club members and friends of the university to keep our scholarship program viable. In addition, if we received the most votes for a club our size (D), we will receive an additional $1842 from the university!
