The 29-hour broadcast will showcase Notre Dame stories from around the world, as well as live interviews, special musical performances, remotes, in-studio performances and surprise celebrity guests. Farley Hall
Hello Farley supporters! Notre Dame Day has been an integral campaign for Farley in the past. Just last year, Farley opened Cafe Far-Far, the only women’s hall food sales cafe on campus. This would not have been possible without the funds raised from Notre Dame day in previous years. Cafe Far-Far serves waffles of all varieties like Churro and Pizza waffles and has built a great community in Farley over the past year. Residents and guests are frequently seen in the cafe sharing time and memories together. We are so proud of the community in Farley and have had some amazing times this past year. This short video will give you a glimpse into just how special the sisterhood has been in Farley this year. This year we plan to use the Notre Dame Day funds for a lot of exciting updates, both in and out of Farley. First, we are hoping to establish an annual day trip to the Far Far away Chicago. We hope to establish this event during the next school year and make it a yearly excursion to bring Farley residents together. The trip will be a great bonding experience and will give Farley girls an opportunity to explore the world together! We will also be using the funds for many enhancements within Farley. We plan to purchase floor pillows for the hallways to create a communal space right outside of our rooms where we can relax and enjoy the company of our Farley sisters. Additionally, the ND Day funds you provide will help us purchase lawn games, soundproofing for the study rooms, new picnic tables, and new jerseys for our interhall teams!
