Since its beginning in 2013, the Football Club at Oakland University has been extremely successful. Over the past three seasons, the team's overall record is 16-4. That record includes a National Championship in 2014. The National Club Football Association (NCFA) is a 26 team league that spans from Vermont to Georgia. We LOVE Oakland University and are proud to among the first groups of football players to represent the Golden Grizzles on the gridiron.
WHO IS ON THE TEAM? Historically, Oakland's club has primarily undergraduate students taking 6 credits in the fall. In the past, we have had professors play on the team, OU staff, and OU grad students. Our coaches are volunteer.

We would be raising funds for away game amenities (busses, hotels, meals), practice equipment, and post-season game costs.
It costs at least $30,000 to afford one football season. Oakland's club football team pays for most of its expenses out of pocket, at the rate of roughly $500 per player. We also fundraise so that we can travel in coach busses, stay in hotels for away games and have professional season booklets for home games.
