What We Do:
Notre Dame International supports, guides and actively promotes the internationalization of Notre Dame's campus. On campus, we manage the Study Abroad and International Students and Scholar Affairs (ISSA) offices, and facilitate select faculty grant programs.
Internationally, we manage the Global Gateway and Centers network – 11 locations in total! With approximately 90 staff members stationed worldwide, our goal is to become a preeminent global university distinguished by our Catholic character.
Where Your Funds Will Go:
Throughout Notre Dame Day, we have the opportunity to earn a portion of $1 million! Every vote and every dollar we earn will be used to support Notre Dame students on study abroad programs; generate additional funding in several of our faculty research grant programs; and supplement funding provided to our Global Gateways and Centers to cover operating costs.
Who Are We?
Organized in 2010, the Notre Dame International office is an academic unit on campus. We promote the internationalization of campus and coordinate various programming opportunities for students, faculty and staff. Our offices are located in 100 and 105 Main Building, but we also manage 11 international locations across the globe.
Donations Help Because...
Within the past year, Notre Dame International has opened three new Global Centers – Kylemore Abbey, Mexico City and São Paulo – and increased our faculty grant and study abroad program opportunities. Every dollar raised supports the work we are doing to engage with the world at large, and internationalize and diversify our campus community.
