The 29-hour broadcast will showcase Notre Dame stories from around the world, as well as live interviews, special musical performances, remotes, in-studio performances and surprise celebrity guests. Operation Smile Student Organization
The main goals of Operation Smile are as follows: 1. Educate all students in the area of reconstructive surgery and related health care to indigent children and young adults in developing countries as well as the United States. 2. Provide the opportunity to students from all academic fields, such as education, computers, business, languages, and science to help in different ways as to improve the quality of life for the children, families and communities that share in the Operation Smile experience. 3. Raise funds to allow children around the world to smile for the first time.
