The LIVE Notre Dame Day broadcast will kick-off at 18:42 pm ET (6:42 pm ET) on April 23rd at NOTREDAMEDAY.ND.EDU. The 29-hour broadcast will showcase Notre Dame stories from around the world, as well as live interviews, special musical performances, remotes, in-studio performances and surprise celebrity guests. Your donation goes a long way!! This past year, we planned 80 events for our students and local community. We need funds and support from alumni to be able to sustain this level of commitment year in and year out. A major event we do a few times each year is throw a baby shower for mothers at the Women's Care Center. Since last year 1 vote = $12, this is what your donation and votes to NDRTL mean for a pregnant student: The initial $10 donation = 2 bottles; 1 vote = 12 jars of baby food; 2 votes = 2 maternity dresses; 3 votes = 9 onesies; 4 votes = 6 bottles of prenatal vitamins; 5 votes = Between 400-600 diapers! Why are donations necessary?
Notre Dame Right to Life typically operates on a budget independent of funding from the University's Club Coordination Council, the governing body of all Notre Dame Clubs. Sending 15 full buses on the March for Life each year takes up the majority of the funding we have for each year. With additional funding on ND Day, our possibilities grow immensely. We need your help to bring the pro-life message to our community and beyond! This year we are hoping for 1000 marchers!
