We strive to excel in the classroom, on the water, and throughout the Notre Dame community. Notre Dame Rowing Alums have gone on to run large corporations and many continue to be involved in rowing long after they graduate. To earn the right to race FOR Notre Dame, we expect athletes to train at a high level while also staying on top of their coursework. When all of these aspects of the Notre Dame experience are being fulfilled, you will earn the right to compete against some of the top Universities across the country and for some, the world. We are a founding member of the American Collegiate Rowing Association and compete across the nation at regattas such as the Head of the Charles and the San Diego Crew Classic. Competing both in the Fall and the Spring, the Irish have a long record of producing winning boats. We are here to win in everything we commit to; on the water or otherwise.

Donations are necessary for our club to run. We train 6 days a week and need donations to support a top-tier coaching staff, sufficient equipment and travel expenses which allow us to race the best teams in the country.

Why are donations necessary?
Club members pay dues but this only covers about 50% of the cost per athlete for the season. We require significant donor support in order to keep the club as financially inclusive as possible.
