A Villanova education is not restricted to the classroom. Immersive international experiences provide important real-world context and shape diverse perspectives among today's students.
Through the Office of Education Abroad, students can choose to pursue short-term immersion experiences, summer, semester or year-long programs in countries all over the world. More than 850 Villanova students study abroad each year; one-third of those also participate in international internships during their time abroad.
The opportunity to study abroad is invaluable, but it can be costly. Your gift to the Scholarship for Education Abroad on 1842 Day will help more Villanova students pursue their dreams and experience different countries and cultures.
1842 Day is Villanova's first-ever day of giving. This is our opportunity to show pride and gratitude for the impact Villanova has on each of us, in our communities and around the world. Alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends—let's make a difference TOGETHER!
We need your help to reach 1,842 donors in 1,842 minutes, between 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19 and 6:42 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20 (EDT). Whether you give $5, $175 or $1,842, your generosity will count toward achieving our goal.
Your contributions will result in more dollars for our students and programs, strengthen our national reputation and bolster the unprecedented success of For the Greater Great®: The Villanova Campaign to Ignite Change.
