The Senior Class Gift Scholarship is awarded each year to a senior who might otherwise not be able to return for their final year. The 2017 Senior Class Gift will support a class of 2018 student as they work towards walking across the commencement stage.
In the two years since its creation, the Senior Class Gift Scholarship Fund has awarded over $6,000 to students who are struggling to complete their senior year. Help us make a difference for another student in 2018!

Make a gift of $20.17 or more to the Senior Class Gift Fund and climb the stairs of the Elliott Tower on April 7 or 8. Perfect for pictures and lifetime memories, this experience is open to all graduating students, not just undergraduates, eligible to attend the 2017 commencement (any graduation date). The Senior Class Gift provides needs-based scholarships to seniors in the following class year.

Why are donations necessary?
Annually, approximately 120 students cannot afford to return to Oakland University for their senior year. Because scholarships are generally not available to upperclassmen, opportunities like the Senior Class Gift Scholarship are especially important.
