Student International Business Council

Student International Business Council (SIBC) is excited to announce our participation in Notre Dame Day, when the global Notre Dame family will come together to celebrate what each of us loves most about the University. As the university’s largest student-run organization, SIBC seeks to provide students with opportunities to use the skills developed throughout their Notre Dame education in a real-world setting. Our seven divisions, which include: Finance, Consulting, Accounting, Marketing, International, Social Entrepreneurship, and STEM, engage students of all majors and all years. Ultimately, our mission is to secure peace through commerce by exposing students to how business can drive change in our community.

Why are donations necessary?

As we continue to grow, our council is committed to expanding its international presence. We currently offer programs in China, Brazil, Panama, and the United Kingdom through our International Economics Exchanges, where we collaborate with top universities worldwide to address complex business problems. Beyond these opportunities, we offer summer service internships throughout Asia and Latin America. These internships allow students to physically engage in achieving peace through commerce through social service. Moving forward, our mission is to maintain and expand these international programs. We are currently organizing a new International Economic Exchange in South Korea and are in talks about a project in South Africa. This, however, is a costly endeavor. By participating in Notre Dame Day and submitting your donation to the Student International Business Council, you can help to find new opportunities for our members while continuing to offer these incredible experiences.
