Sunday, April 24 at 6:42 p.m. EST marks the beginning of a special occasion at our great University - the Third Annual Notre Dame Day. This day, a 29 hour global celebration of Father Sorin, the Notre Dame community, and the future of the University, marks a chance for you to help the Student International Business Council. All votes for SIBC would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your help during this momentous occasion, all of us here in SIBC are extremely grateful.
Moving forward, our mission is to maintain and expand these international programs. We are currently organizing a new International Economic Exchange in Mexico and are in talks about a winter break project in Israel. This, however, is a costly endeavor. By participating in Notre Dame day and submitting your donation to the Student International Business Council, you can help to find new opportunities for our members while continuing to offer these incredible experiences. If you cannot help monetarily, we ask that you help us spread our message to other members of the Notre Dame community. Together, we can work to use businesses as a tool for achieving peace through commerce.
As we continue to grow, our council is committed to expanding its international presence. We currently offer programs in China, Brazil, Panama, and the United Kingdom through our International Economics Exchanges, where we collaborate with top universities worldwide to address complex business problems. Beyond these opportunities, we offer summer service internships throughout Asia and Latin America. These internships allow students to physically engage in achieving peace through commerce through social service.
