Hello and thank you for visiting the USD Women’s Collegiate Club Soccer fundraising page! We are comprised of a group of 25 undergraduate students and a coach who meet to practice several days a week and compete regionally in the West Coast Soccer Association League against other teams from southern California. A few of our opponents include USC, UCSD, SDSU, Cal State Fullerton, UC Irvine and Loyola Marymount. As most of our girls played competitively either on club or high school teams, the opportunity to play for this team has provided an outlet for us to continue our soccer careers outside of the varsity collegiate level.
Every Fall season, we have the opportunity to travel to The University of California Santa Barbara to compete in an annual tournament. This past season, we performed exceptionally well, beating UCLA and ranked Colorado State. We also competed against several challenging teams from Colorado, Arizona, and California.
Last season was one of the most successful seasons we’ve had, with a best score of 5-0 against UC Riverside and a win against our cross-town rivals, SDSU. The Women's Club Soccer Team would like to thank all of those who have donated to our organization. Any and all donations help reduce the cost of club fees, enabling our players to focus more on playing the game and having fun. This team offers college students the ability to continue to play competitively while building great friendships with others at USD. Our team promotes a healthy, safe, and fun environment open to all in the USD community. Our progress as a team depends on help from outside donations, and we greatly appreciate any assistance that comes our way. Help us continue to enjoy playing the game we love by donating to our team. Our success starts with you!
Our team support from our generous donors to provide us the necessary materials to continue growing our program. Some of the current costs include referee fees, equipment, transportation, coaching, uniforms, and housing for the UCSB Tournament next fall. By contributing to our fund, you would be providing us with the tools necessary to achieve our goals and supporting our love for the game. Thank you for visiting our page and contributing to our cause.

Donations are especially necessary for this coming school year considering that crucial funding for athletic trainers is likely to be cut from our budget by Associated Students. Our primary objective is to keep our players safe, and this heavily relies on trainer availability and presence at our games. Additionally, in order to ease the financial burdens of our less fortunate players, these donations will help keep our dues to a minimum and enable the USD Women's Club Soccer team to continue to be an inclusive and healthy way to make lifelong friendships and partake in a competitive sport. Together, the new equipment, player fees, transportation costs, and athletic trainer fees estimate to be around $10,000-$15,000. That being said, we can use all of the donations we can get!
