About 1842 Day
1842 Day is Villanova's first-ever day of giving. This is our opportunity to show pride and gratitude for the impact Villanova has on each of us, in our communities and around the world. Alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff and friends—let's make a difference TOGETHER!
Our Goal
We need your help to reach 1,842 donors in 1,842 minutes, between 12 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19 and 6:42 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20 (EDT). Whether you give $5, $175 or $1,842, your generosity will count toward achieving our goal.
Villanova Athletics
Deeply rooted in Augustinian values, Villanova University Athletics is dedicated to developing its student-athletes intellectually, professionally and spiritually, while they achieve at the highest levels of competition. Our teams have won 20 NCAA National Championships, including the 2016 championship for Men’s Basketball.
The Villanova Athletic Fund (VAF) provides over 500 student-athletes with the opportunity to be successful on and off the field while supporting the priorities of head coaches and the vision of the director of athletics.
Your 1842 Day gift will impact the student-athlete experience by helping our varsity program pursue projects and initiatives that give our Wildcats the competitive edge in all they do.
