Why Join the Wildcat Movement?
Wildcats in Maricopa County understand what it means to Bear Down! Joining the Wildcat Movement not only shows you are a fan, but also that you are willing to help in the success of Arizona student-athletes. It shows you are proud to be an Arizona Wildcat. Whether you love attending sporting events, wearing red & blue on Friday, or enjoy bragging rights when your team wins, we hope you’ll put your passion for the UA into action by becoming a Wildcat Club member and “official” donor to the Athletics Department.

Every day, Arizona student-athletes have the opportunity to learn, train, and compete with the very best because of the generosity of Wildcat Club members. The success of our student-athletes relies heavily on the support of these individuals who help shape the future experiences our student-athletes have throughout their time at Arizona. We’re asking all those who wear the “A” with pride to come together and make a gift to support Arizona student-athletes. As a Wildcat in Maricopa County, you’re such an important part in representing the UA. We hope you’ll consider joining the Wildcat Club by making a tax-deductible donation of $100 or more to become an “official” donor to Arizona Athletics. The possibilities are endless when we all come together, team up and Bear Down! To help us continue to grow the Wildcat Club and set a new record this year, our goal is to have 500 individuals donate $100 or more through the Wildcat Movement campaign and become Wildcat Club members.
Why are donations important?
Arizona Athletics is funded primarily through self-generated revenues and only receives state support in the form of tuition waivers and assistance with utilities costs. A large part of the funds needed to provide student-athlete scholarships, facilities, equipment and travel must be generated through private support. We’re proud to say that Arizona Athletics is one of the few Athletics Departments who operate in the black and with your help we can keep it that way!
